The weather's been atrocious for running here recently, lots of rain. Yesterday was an absolutely beautiful day in northeast Ohio around 60F, so, when the lawn was finished, about 1930, Nat & I went for a run. He's working on his times for CAP National Cadet Competition coming in June, so he was running much raster than I was and wore his shoes.
I, on the other hand, ran in my harauches (see the pictures in a previous post). I ran a 1/2 mile and walked 1/4 mile then repeated that. My average time on the quarter mile was a little over 2 minutes. Overall, I felt pretty good for not having run in the sandals for over a week.
